We are happy to process returns and exchanges for unworn wigs within 30 days of delivery.
Please keep in mind that every order is eligible for one complimentary return within this 30-day window.
2.1 Acceptable Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, the wig must remain in its original, unaltered condition. This means the hair must be uncut, unwashed, unbleached, and the color must remain unchanged. Additionally, the lace must be completely untouched (no cutting or secondary trimming). Because our products sit directly on the scalp, customer health and hygiene are our top priorities; therefore, we strictly cannot accept any used items.
2.2 How to Initiate a Return:
- Step 1 – Contact Customer Care: Reach out to us within the 30-day window, providing your reason for the return along with clear photos to help speed up the review process.
- Step 2 – Receive Return Address: Once your request is approved, our team will supply you with the correct mailing address to send your return.
- Step 3 – Process Refund: We will process your refund within 2 business days after we have received and thoroughly inspected the returned item(s).
3. Order Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return steps outlined above. After approving your exchange request, our team member will confirm your newly desired item and sort out any necessary price differences.
Once your original item arrives at our facility, your new wig will be processed and shipped out within 3 business days.
